Reviewing the HCX1 Camcorder View Screen Viewfinder LCD Screen & Issues Subscribe: https://goo.gl/6u2E87 While I’m loving my Panasonic HCX1 Video Camera, one of the things that has really been bugging me is the LCD screen. The screen is very important to have on a camera like this, and the camera has a great way to compact and protect it, but there are several issues that really get annoying. Most of the problems come from my experience using the latest DSLR cameras. My Canon touch screen is very responsive and can move to all angles. In fact, the screen is one of the best updates on that camera from earlier versions. So I was really disappointed when I pulled out the LCD screen on the Panasonic HC-X1. The video sums up the following issues: -LCD Screen doesn’t flip OUT for side viewing -LCD Touch Screen Is Old Pressure Technology (SO terrible) -Touch Screen Features like Focus Shifting stinks because the screen stinks. -Eye Cup is kind of weak If you have any other issues with this or other aspects of the camera, let me know in the comments!
