Oil free chana chat recipe/chickpea chat recipe /Healthy & tasty chana chat recipe 🍜😋😋 Its a good Healthy and tasty snack. Rich in protein and oil free too. The ingredients are easily available at our home. Best option for kids 4 o'clock hunger when they return from school. We can serve this snack as a starter and main course as well. Ingredients : 1 cup boiled chickpea 3 tbs finely chopped onion 2 tbs finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbs finely chopped tomatoes 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp black salt powder 1/2 tsp dry mango powder 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seed powder 2 tbs boondi ( optional ) 2 tbs daal bhiji or a y other namkeen ( optional ) Salt as per taste Method : Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Delicious yummy chana chat is ready to serve. Garnish with some chopped onion tomatoes and coriander leaves before serving. Try this awesome recipe and enjoy.
