I have built a Ethereum Mining Rig as part of my PC recycling project. This video will show you how to Mod and Flash Polaris based AMD graphics card (RX 580, 570, 560). The hashrate is around 30MHs(RX580), 28-29MHs(RX570) and 14MHs(RX560). It will help you to get best hashrate with low power consumption. Check it out!
