Canada has always been a trading nation, and in the most recent phase of globalization, has signed on to free trade agreements with countries around the world. But free trade within its own borders is more problematic. To discuss this issue The Agenda welcomes the Conference Board of Canada's Craig Alexander, and Rafael Gomez, Director of the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resource at the University of Toronto.
