In this video, I show off the deadly and golden Level 8 Hedlok from the new Party Crash! He sort of acts like regular Hedlok, but he has perma-charged ARMS along with a VERY fast-charging rush attack. I think we just got lucky here. The Ice Dragon ARMS suck on Hedlok.
