We know we shouldn't stay in touch with our ex and we know we shouldn't keep looking at their Facebook account but we still do. If you want to recover and feel better, if you want to be happy, if you want to live a healthy life and have healthy relationships, you absolutely must stop all contact with the person that abused you. You can't keep pointing the finger if you choose to keep them in your life and your recovery will not begin until it stops.
