Let's handpaint a random pattern on a commercial pre-knit sock blank http://shrsl.com/p4jr (KntiPicks Affiliate Link) using needle nosed squeeze bottles http://amzn.to/2z797EQ (Amazon Affiliate link) and concentrated Wilton's Food Coloring. It is amazing how clear of a design you can create with some food coloring. A sock blank is a pre-knit rectangle of fabric. This stroll fingering blank is composed of 2 - 50 g skeins of yarn knit together so you can create identical skeins of 75% superwash merino / 25% nylon sock yarn.
