The upcoming Italian T8 BB Premium is certainly a powerful ship, the combination of armor and concealment makes it tough to kill. The guns however are quite strange, and I'm still not quite certain where I stand with them. Also a small correction, the speed I mentioned was with the speed flag on! So it's actually not faster than the DE BBs! You can find my recommended build at the end as usual.
