Hey Hey Hey! I had minimal time and no gym childcare on Saturday, so I did this circuit style, high intensity, total body, dumbbell workout in my apartment gym. I was already panting and sweating after round one of the first circuit. It hits all the important muscles including quads, hamstrings, glutes, all 3 delt muscles (shoulders), biceps, and back.
