There's a few similarities between these two gangs. The major differences between the two not only involves communication, but a master plan as well. The Fiendish Five didn't really have a concrete plan set in motion unlike the Klaww gang. The fiendish Five, created by Clockwerk, barged into Sly's home to kill the parents and to steal pages out of the Thievius Raccoonus. As for the Klaww gang, the master plan was to improve the spice business, but there was a hidden agenda.
