protein smoothie:
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 frozen zucinni
ice
200ml almond milk
1 serving of protein
1 tbsp cacao
healthy lasagna:
1. peel 1 or 2 zucchini's and leave on paper towel
2. chop capsicum (or any veg to put in mince)
3. add 1 tbsp of garlic in heated pan
4. add in mince (i used 500g) and cook until light brown
5. add in capsicum and 7 0ml of passta sauce (make sure it has no added sugar)
6. simmer for 6 mins on low heat
7. layer baking tray - mince, zucchini, ricotta cheese then sprinkle tasty cheese - layer until full - sprinkle more tasty cheese on top to finish
8. cover with foil and bake for 15 mins on 180 degrees
9. take off foil and bank for another 15 mins
10. if cheese isn't brown put under grill for couple mins.
sweet potato chips:
add 2 tbsp of olive oil and any spices you like
cook on 180 degrees for 15 mins - flip over then cook for another 10 mins or until crispy
