BRAND NEW OPTC GLOBAL RAID! TS Luffy vs 60 Stamina Young Rayleigh

OPTC Global's first exclusive (so far) raid is not easy at all, with all mobs hitting hard throughout the level. The Seahorse on stage 1 locks for 6 turns. Str mob on stage 2 will despair for 3 turns. Qck mob at the front on stage 3 hits for about 10k even with double luffy and lv 3 damage reduction (approx 15,000 damage with no reduction). Rayleigh silences your friend captain for 10 turns, puts a 300k dmg blue shield up and shuffles orbs every turn. He will also enrage all mobs on turn 3 if you let him live that long. Be careful, the mobs on the boss stage will lock the colour they are strong against for 5 turns on first attack (dex mob locks qck, str mob locks dex, psy still locks int). Good luck to anyone attempting the raid, Rayleigh is well worth the trouble.
