The trainee in T.O.P's marijuana case Han Seo Hee was spotted at the Seoul High Court following her appeal hearing. On September 20, Han Seo Hee appealed her original sentencing, but by the end of the trial, her original sentencing of 4 years of probation remained along with 120 hours of drug counseling and a fine of 870,000 Won (~$767.72 USD). The prosecution asserted her sentencing was too light, and Han Seo Hee admitted her guilt and withdrew her appeal. The court stated, "The crime took place for a long period of time.
