Hackett sees a man walking away from a vacant store, who he later recognizes from a previous encounter. The man gives consent when Officer Hackett asks to search him, but soon becomes fidgety and attempts to pull away. Eventually, Hackett is able to secure cuffs on the suspect, who continues to resist. The suspect then attempts to bite Officer Hackett. When backup arrives the suspect is detained and put in a squad car. When Hackett questions the suspect he claims that he was not trying to bite the officer but rather was merely yawning.
