ANCYL's Siyabulela Tom sights lack of discipline in disgruntled PEC group

ANCYL spokesperson in the Western Cape, Siyabulela Tom says the disgruntled group, which includes PEC members, lacks discipline. Tom says a decision was taken at an extended national executive committee meeting of the youth league in June to endorse Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma as the youth league's preferred presidential candidate.
