$4 Thrift Store Find! Will It Run? Harbor Freight Central Pneumatic 95275 Compressor

I found this small compressor partially disassembled at a Goodwill Outlet store for $4. I plugged it in at the store to test it and (of course) it didn't work. For $4, I was going to buy it anyway and just use the tank as a portable air tank if I couldn't repair the compressor. This video shows how I tested it, repaired it and a cheap solution to replace the missing handle. Thanks for checking out my video!
