You're watching a Slow TV video of Waterloo Station during the upgrade work in the rush hour on the evening of Thursday 17th August 2017. I think Southwest Trains are handling it really well. There's free water for everyone and even free ice cream. I know it's inconvenient but we British seem to have a way of just getting through it - I think it's what they call Dunkirk spirit. Nothing to do with Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk movie, which is excellent by the way. The video was taken on my iPhone 7 Plus in HD at 1080p 60 fps resolution. I hope you enjoy. #GoSlowTV
