A very basic yet effective build for Morrowind & HotR patch With the buff of base stats for next patch & the nerf of proc sets magicka sorcerer will the king in cyrodiil. Something not mention in the video is torug's pact set. I might use it instead of spinners but I still need to make sure ZOS is not nerfing it before I can suggest that setup.
