This detailed step by step guide will help you to fix the boot-loop (bootloop of death) problem in Google Nexus 6P. This fix works only if you have "oem unlocking" option enabled in the developer settings. If you don't have it enabled on your phone, stop and try enabling if you can boot into your phone briefly before proceeding further.
When you connect your device to PC, it should be in a bootloader mode. In order to Boot your phone into bootloader mode (Switch off the phone and hold power and volume down together)
To enable OEM unlocking and unlock bootloader:
1.Go to device settings.
2.Go to "about phone", scroll to build number, and then tap it 7 times. You should now see developer options in settings.
3.Open developer options, click on "OEM unlocking" and accept the prompt.
4.Now reboot your phone to bootloader (Power off the phone and then press power and volume down together). Connect your phone to the PC, and type "fastboot flashing unlock" Your bootloader will get unlocked.
