soo this is the project i've been working on lately, and i dont really know what to think of it
this is an entry for the seoul.net forbidden love au contest! aaand i'm not sure if i've portrayed the plot well TT i decided to join so i can try out editing an AU but im not sure if it went over well
i tried to focus a lot on the storyline, so there aren't any fancy effects or anything, and the editing style i used in this has been inspired by multiple different editors, but i hope you guys enjoy it anyways! TvT i also played around with audios, but the ending honestly still feels rather unsatisfactory to me. however, im not sure how else to go about it.
when you barely watch any live action movies so you have to use clips from a game lmao (heavy rain is a good game, ok)
i actually thought of the story before finding a song, so rIP i apologize if the song doesnt feel like it matches too much, but huge thanks to mochidia for giving me the suggestion! and also jeon-nii for the help throughout the entire thing since this is my first AU with an actual plotline :')
(also if anyone wants to make me a good thumbnail pls help lmao idk how to make thumbnails)

storyline!
v and jungkook are two of the best undercover detectives, and recently there was a case of a serial killer that no one seems to be able to crack, so the two paired up to solve it. however, along the way, jungkook finds himself clicking well with taehyung, starts to enjoy his partner's company and eventually fell in love. the feelings ended up being mutual, and the two promise to catch the culprit together before establishing their relationship. soon after that, he catches v in the act of killing his next victim, and was completely shocked at the fact that it was v who was the serial killer all along, since he never showed any signs of mental instability. jungkook decided that his duties come first though, and ends up being the one to lock v up.
~*~
im not sure if anyone has noticed, but for the reports in the very beginning, i actually typed up the entire thing, so there is actually a detailed description about the deaths (or, well, the most recent death) and the investigation. (if anyone is curious to know just hmu and i can send the full thing lmao)
i also think the song fits in the way that taehyung has never been honest to jungkook at all, hiding his true self and motives all this time while jungkook has opened up and shown all sides of himself. of course, it's not unrequited or anything, but taehyung is a killer, and jungkook is a loyal detective, it's not going to work out either way.
thanks for watching!
