I have recorded Ruben playing in the past a few times. Once at Avenue 1704, another at the Yerberia Cultura and at The Hop Shop. Tonight was my first time filming him at The Prelude. The Prelude is one of those special places for Singer/Song-writers that want to get their material out and share it with everyone else. Ruben plays a couple of oldies that he normally doesn't and tonight was special because he played them. :)
