The presidential age limit debate rages on even after President Yoweri Museveni described it as idle talk, arguing that there was no proposal to lift the age limit in the constitution. But Kawempe South MP Mubarak Munyagwa says the president will soon jump onto the debate since his word cannot be taken to the bank; that he changes views like a chameleon changes colours.
