Mark Torre, Jr. will not have to self-surrender today

Ex-cop Mark Torre, Jr. will remain under house arrest. Superior Court Judge Michael Bordallo grants the ex-cop's motion for release pending his appeal against his eight-year prison sentence. This means the former GPD officer does not have to self-surrender today.
