I will sign law granting Turkana 10% oil revenues - Raila Odinga

NASA presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, says he will sign into law the petroleum bill, if he is elected president. Odinga, who was in Turkana County, on a one day campaign tour, faults the president for not assenting to the law that would have seen the Turkana county government get ten per cent of oil revenue. Andrew Ochieng’ has more.
