This run takes Thomas Albert"s New Game+ category and expands upon it by using a team of 3 level 10 characters to optimize many of the race missions. Since I leveled all of these characters without completing any missions, they get the full rank rewards during collectathon, and I even get to skip the tutorial at the beginning. This run uses the old version 1.3 game data for graffiti skip, which can be found here: http://www.speedrun.com/hover_rog/resources
