The engine on the homemade stand is a 1962 Buick 215 Aluminum V8 that was rebuilt using original pistons and a lot of elbow grease. The car is a 1980 MGB V8 conversion featuring a 1963 Buick 215 HO Aluminum V8. The car has a Rover 5 speed transmission with a Ford 8 inch narrowed rear-end with 3.0 gearing. As you may see, the car also has homemade traction bars. Nicknamed "Mason" and "Mistress"
