This is the first of three heats of the Girls' 1600 Meters from the Division 2 CIF-ss Prelims held at Moorpark High School on May 13, 2017. Race summary: If you can get past the awful camera work and the absence of an Under 5 time, this is a great race to watch. You'll see California's cross country champion run down a favorite who has the lead and a 3-second PR advantage. The Qualifiers From Heat 1: 5:00 Elizabeth Chittenden 12 Mira Costa 5:01 Annie Meeder 12 Paso Robles 5:05 Sara Leonard 11 Canyon/Anaheim An indexed and YouTube-linked list of all of our videos from the 2017 CIF Southern Section Prelims will (eventually) be posted to: hdRunners.com (twg)
