Xiaomi Xiaofang setup issue

When the cable is connected the LED is on and not blinking. When re-connecting after 15sec or so it starts blinking then I push on reset button and Connection Mode sound appears. Then the LED is blinking and I am trying to setup the cam with the Mi Home app. Adding the new cam and wifi network password then trying to scan the QR-code. BTW no Setup Mode sound repeating (normally it should repeat that sound). So scan of the QR-code doesn't work, hence cannot setup. Any solution?
