XBOX ONE Something went wrong issue

when i turn on my xbox one is primped as usual with Hi (name) and what profile my headset is assigned to . but the screen is just black and has this error message here , i've put in the error code into xbox support page but it just comes up this a solution to xbox 360 NOT xbox one . i've tried everything you can think of . HARD reset REG turn off n on . PLEASE HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM
