MUPRH Hero WOD Challenge 2017 - CrossFit Palm Beach

Footage, including drone footage, of our Memorial Day "MURPH" Hero WOD at CrossFit Palm Beach. Every year on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend we perform "MURPH" in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy. This year we had over 180 athletes perform the workout in 4 classes, including our teens class. We were able to raise $2200 for Lt. Murphy's Memorial Scholarship Foundation through the sale of our event shirts.
