The MLP Season 7 episode entitled "A Perfect Pear" was one of the best and most enchanting episodes of the series so far. I won't give away too much of the episode other than the image of the Apple family parents and to say that this episode brought me to tears in the best way. I immediately dropped everything I was doing to make something in tribute to this wonderful episode.
After the events of "A Perfect Pear", Apple Bloom understands a little bit more about her past and her mother's love for playing the guitar. She teaches herself a song for her parents so that she can play it for them in her dreams.
NOTE: I am aware that there is some editing error towards the beginning of the song where AB's head mysteriously disappears, I had rendered this video 3 times and something always messed up so I finally decided 'oh well, just go with it'. So I do apologize xD if anything, it makes it rather humerous hehe
I wasn't sure how to label this one since it's not an animatic, but not quite a full animation, maybe just a PMV? I dunno, it's complicated hahaha
I made the Bright Macintosh and Pear Butter (aka Buttercup) vectors myself along with little applebloom specifically for this song. I'm really happy with how they came out, I just think they are ADORABLE and I am totally obsessed with Buttercup's mane style, aren't you?
