Fire Emblem Heroes - Keep or Send Home List (Part: Blue) [Barracks Full :(]

 

Hi everyone, my barracks are at max capacity, and I had a real struggle sending people home. I made myself a list (I've done the red, green and now the blue)) and thought I would share it with you. I've arbitrarily divided them into high / medium / low priority. Of course, this is just my opinion, and it may differ from others.
