Comey to Sen. Cornyn: FBI agents have duty to report crime

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, asked James Comey during his June 8 testimony about his conversations with President Donald Trump and if and when Comey felt a legal duty to report it. "I would expect any FBI agent who has information about a crime to report it," Comey said.
