The bare van cost me about $2500 +Parts and new tires ($1000) +camper conversion parts ($3000) Total =$6,500 ...a little more than i expected but it is fully insulated with a $500 vented propane furnace so it can be used even in winter in Alaska. Also has a set of summer and winter tires. It took me just under 3 months to complete while also working about 35 hours a week at a grocery store. 4 months later, a complete tour of the van. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kG86n1fNKBs&t=60s
