WMATA Metrobus Exclusive!!! 2016 New Flyer Xcelsior XE40 #1001 On Route N4

 

Finally WMATA first ever all electric bus NF XE40 when in service today. It assign to Western division and on AM rush hour it assign to the Route M4 on AM rush and PM rush hour it assign to the Route N4 leaving Friendship Heights Station at 4:01 Pm and Farragut Square at 4:45 PM. It first arrive delivered in late September 2016. It has an slightly different paint scheme with green being in the middle between Red and Blue where white color should be. Might be seeing more orders of theses buses in the future have to wait and see. It was a perfect smooth very quiet ride.
