On May 16, 2017, the MSJ Mental Health Committee invited students, alumni, and professionals to speak about mental health and why it is important, especially for students at Mission San Jose High School. The panel was structured into 20 minutes of personal stories and 25 minutes of an audience question and answer session. We hope this video will provide insight into the significance of continuing discussion on mental health and suicide prevention.
