This is a fresh run with version 1.06 on Hardcore based on a NewGame+ from Sara Ryder Level 57 with 2+ million credits, etc.
Looks like they fixed the NewGame+ since the last time I tried doing this. Previously things like Strike Teams didn't transfer over from the previous character save but now this is working. You still have to earn your own AVP with the new Character but this is not an issue. The real issue with AVP is the fact that I have never been able to earn more than 17 AVP during any play through out of a total of 28 possible AVP so I am not sure what Bioware was thinking about AVP and how to reach max AVP.
As you can see from the game play on Habitat 7, Sarah Ryder has some pretty potent skills working for her and this comes from NewGame+ where she got all those skills from Sara Ryder who was Level 57. I gotta say, it was quite fun to watch Kett on Habitat 7 go flying across the map with all those Biotic Detonations going off.
There are some visual glitches in this playlist. For instance, there's no Bridge View Screen Visuals when viewing Habitat 7 from space in the Hyperion. Also Sarah's gun was levitated a bit away from her body when standing on Habitat 7.
