I took a tour from Panajachel, Guatemala (about 2 hours from Antigua) to villages surrounding Lake Atitlán, including San Juan, San Pedro and Santiago. The lake is the deepest in Central America and one of Guatemala's top tourist destinations. Lake Atitlán is definitely a must-see when in Guatemala.
