This week’s topic is “How to transition in the workplace, or school, and how to stay safe”.
I am a regular contributor, uploading to the Paperboys channel every Monday, and my videos go live at 12:00pm GMT. This is my first week on the channel, and a few little aspects set my scheduling back a couple of hours but now that I'm all set up, I'll be on track from next week.
In this video I talk about the aspects of University life and the environment there that I found most helpful in coming out as transgender and socially transitioning.
Some of the things I took a lot of support from include;
- the University counselling team
- the LGBT+ student group
- having a very approachable programme leader
