6th and 13th of June are the most likely dates of the "Gunrunning" dlc release.

A little clarification on Qabeta "271594" is the depot used for updates. If it changes in the update history, Rockstar has added/tested/updated DLC.
Gunrunning is likely being announced next week.

Let's say that the weapons are cut/beta weapons. Inside the ammunations with the gun ranges, there is a chalkboard or weapons available to buy.
