▶️THE WORKOUT👇🏻
1️⃣Seated Leg Curls
➖4 sets: 12-15 reps
2️⃣Smith Machine Resistance Band Superset:
➖15 reps wide stance with emphasis on pushing your knees out
➖15 reps narrow stance (still push knees out but you will feel it in a different spot)
➖4 sets
3️⃣Incline Single Leg Reverse Lunges (one leg at a time). The incline platform is in front of your body using the leg that is planted.
➖4 sets: 12-15 each leg
4️⃣Resistance Band Kettle-bell Squats with Thrust at the top SS. Stiff leg DL's using the kettle-bell and also placing two plates under you toes.
➖4 sets: 12-15 reps for both
5️⃣Top Half Hip Thrusters (using the leg curl machine) SS. Glute Bench kick-overs
➖for the thrusters focus on keeping a small movement with constant tension and driving up with your heels.
➖4 sets: 15 reps for all
6️⃣Abductors
➖3 sets: 15-20
7️⃣Should do Calves but still not due to my semi-healed broken toe and excuses 😂🙈
