Make sure to set the rower to 1000m before you start and show the monitor at the end of the video. Once he finishes the row, he may then continue with as many repetitions as possible in the remaining time of twelve overhead squats and six burpees over the bar. For each overhead squat the athlete must pass below parallel, with the hip crease clearly below the top of the knee and standing up to full extension of the knee and hip. The first repetition may be performed as a squat snatch. The women will use a weight of 35kg, the men 50kg. The athete may then start with his first burpee over the bar. Each repetition of the burpee starts with the athlete touching the floor with chest and thighs, before performing a two footed jump over the bar. A single-footed take off will not count. Your final score is the total number of repetitions you were able to perform in the remaining time.
