The Tour of Gran Canaria

 

The Tour of Gran Canaria is an 8 day guided & supported epic road cycling trip across the sunny mountainous island of Gran Canaria. We'll stay in luxurious hotels right across the island, starting from the hot and arid south, up into the cool forests in the interior to the summit at Pico de las Nieves,then exploring the beautiful north west coast, before making our way south on the wild Dragon Tail road of the west coast. We cross 3 temperate zones over our 6 tours to arrive back around in the south, before a last valiant effort takes us up the famous Serenity Climb to the top, before we descend again to the south and our last night with a big party in Maspalomas! The Tour of Gran Canaria is a tough but great cycling trip, and ranks with the big tours of the Pyrenees, Alps and Dolomites, a must for every winter sun cyclist, dates from Oct to May every year!
