(25 Apr 2017) One hundred days into Donald Trump's presidency, Mogadishu's residents expressed their opinions about whether the new US president is doing a good job or not. The Associated Press has aimed to gauge the temperature worldwide, asking people in Pyongyang, Damascus, Tehran, Mogadishu, Baghdad, Tel Aviv, Ramallah, Moscow, Berlin and Mexico City how they feel about his presidency. Among the questions they asked: Do people feel more secure or in danger under a Trump presidency? Is there more bark than bite coming from the American administration? Has the Trump presidency changed their views of America and its role in the world? Are we now living in post-truth world or not? And, what has surprised them about the president? One person in Mogadishu said Trump's travel ban created segregation while another warned the US over "getting involved in Somalia."
