In the video I talk about several things I did for faster hair growth such as bentonite clay masks, raw honey masks, essential oils (rosemary and peppermint), and protective styling. I also make sure that I don't do any protective styles that would damage my natural hair. I also use mostly natural organic products and I try to stay away from any products that have chemicals or parabens.
