Controversial teacher criticism from Portland Public Schools board meeting

During a PPS Board of Education meeting on April 19, 2017, two teachers offered harsh remarks about a middle school plan. The remarks caused concern because they criticized specific staff members. One board member wants to be able to censor testimony after the fact because of this.
