After around 15 tries I finally got this, I do not have Sacrolash's Dark Strike / Sephuz's Secret / Pillars of the Dark Portal, so I hope this shows that it can still be done without a permanent slow or extra mobility (despite needing some pretty nice gear!)
Could have got through the final phase a bit quicker if I had remembered to cast a new Effigy, but to be honest the excitement of finally making it there got the better of me :p

The pet tank strategy doesn't always seem to work so I wasted a few attempts pulling aggro at the start, didn't try doing the phase another way.

/cast [@boss1] Mortal Coil
This will Coil the chasing melee boss without you dropping current target (helpful for when trying to burn the Hands down)
/cast [@boss3] shadow lock
This will interrupt the Hand even if you don't have him targetted, just helps to prevent an accidental interrupt on the wrong thing.
Also make sure to bind your Doomguard's 'Move To', I wiped a few times due to missing the rune because I was too slow getting there myself. Bind the Doomguard's Cripple as well.
Don't forget to pre-pot and second pot later, and bring some Drums with you. Good luck!
