Leveling up Filipino breakfast staples like Tinapa and Salted Egg by adding them into pasta. Happy Cooking! #KusiNica Tinapa (Smoked Fish) and Salted Egg Pasta Ingredients: 1 whole garlic chopped 1 piece bangus tinapa, flaked malunggay , moringga leaves 4 pcs. salted egg 3/4 cup olive oil salt/pepper to taste cilantro or wansuy 4 pieces fresh tomatoes 500 grams angel hair pasta, cooked imitation crabsticks (optional) chili flakes (optional) Procedure: Sauté garlic in olive oil, add tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Add tinapa and salted egg. Cook for a seconds. Add crabstick Add freshly chopped cilantro/wansuy and malunggay leaves and chili flakes. Mix in the pasta. Serve hot. TIPS: you may substitute malunggay with basil leaves. add parmesan cheese if you like
