Today we are taking a look at my Pokemon Battle Festa 2017 visitors present 20th anniversary promo pikachu Full Art card!! This bad boy was given out in extremely limited quantities at japans Battle Festa this year. I am predicting this skyrocket into the realm of EXTREMELY RARE cards in around 2 years time. The Art Work is just insane featuring the 3 original starter Pokemon and Pikachu with confetti everywhere.
