PREVELIS was built at the IMABARI Shipyard in Japan. It possesses two main engines, contemporary equipment of safe navigation, and its spacious areas carry passengers and cars safely and comfortably. Its name derives from Preveli Monastery, in the south of Rethymno prefecture, built in the 16th century, which played an important role in Crete’s liberation struggles and revolutions.
